Gold remodelling
Remodelling is at the heart of what Louisa does. Creating new pieces of jewellery from old, and honouring the past in a new contemporary design.
Pricing for each project varies depending on complexity, however for a meaningful and simple meltdown, Louisa offers a set fee of £480* for a single gold band. The minimum weight for this is 5g of own gold for a ladies band, and 8g for a men’s band.
*Additional costs apply should you wish to have a more elaborate design, or some personalised add-ons. Louisa can also add-in more gold if you dont have enough of your own.
This service is perfect for those that have a collection of unworn gold jewellery (chains, rings, pendants etc) that you would like to have fashioned into a wearable, organic textured piece. Some examples are below, or visit her Portfolio page.
